What are your standard shipping rates?
Shipping rates varies based on items and their weights. Shipping can be calculated via check out.
Do you ship to FPO and APO's?
Yes we do! We’d like to make sure our friends serving out of the country would get to enjoy our products. Please keep in mind that postal carriers are delayed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We now offer worldwide shipping via Direct Link. International customs may hold a package between 12-30 days, which means arrival of the package could vary. If you think your package is lost, let us know by emailing us at email@example.com
What are your international shipping rates?
Shipping rates to international locations vary based on location and shipping time frame. Rates are based on the weight of your package. Please note that any customs charges incurred on packages are the responsibility of our customers to pay in order for their package to be delivered.
What about duties and fees?
Due to complex international laws and taxes, we do not include these fees in orders. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

A full refund will be issued if the product is shipped back to TMW Productions, LLC at the customer's expense within 14 days of receiving the original shipment
